The Sinitorppa Stables is an old Crown's cottage in western Lapland, Kolari municipality, near the small village of Venejärvi. Sinitorppa roughly translates to Blue Cottage. The horse cottage is surrounded by hill landscape and the trekking paths stroll through the spectacular nature of western Lapland. An autumnal color display called Ruska, or the period of sunless, bluish gloom called Kaamos are memorable experiences on riding trips on the hills surrounding the farm. Come and enjoy the beautiful Lappish nature through riding experiences with genuine Finnish horses at the Sinitorppa Stables.

The Sinitorppa Stables is located in the peaceful countryside of Venejärvi. Only a half-an-hour drive from Kolari's railway station, 1.5 hour drive from Kittilä's airport, two hours from Rovaniemi and about one hours drive from Pajala's airport in Sweden.
